Tyrol is the Austrian region most visited by tourists, thanks to its proximity to Italy and Germay, but also for its many things to see. A LAND OF HIGH MOUNTAINS AND BEAUTIFUL NATURAL LANDSCAPES

This is an eminently alpine land, nestled between the Bavarian Alps and the Hohe Tauern mountains. In fact, an important part of the tourism of Tyrol is recalled here of the many, and well-known, ski resorts in the region. Above all, the capital Innsbruck, which preserves many monuments from the past and its golden age, the period between the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. But the traveler in Tyrol can also discover other interesting things to see, including the beauty of the small historic towns of the region, such as Hall in Tirol, Imst, Schwaz, Kufstein and Lienz.

In East Tyrol there is the Hohe Tauern National Park (Nationalpark Hohe Tauern), Austria’s oldest national park. While in the rest of the Tyrolean territory there are five Nature Parks: Alpenpark Karwendel, Kaunergrat (Pitztal-Kaunertal), Tiroler Lechtal, Zillertaler Alpen, Ötztal.
